Terms and Conditions 

The Visionary Way, The Portfolio Course, and The Lifestyle Course are for one user ONLY. In the event that we discover multiple users on one account, we will remove the user without a refund.  

The Visionary Way, The Portfolio Course, and The Lifestyle Course are not an all-inclusive discuss everything ever about film technique. It is a concentrated look at the building blocks of film with ways to apply those techniques. Sara Weir Photography LLC is not responsible for the outcomes of your business.  

The Visionary Way, The Portfolio Course, and The Lifestyle Course Return Policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase but I also want to make sure that you’re doing all of the things, implementing all the systems, and techniques that I packed into the course. I offer a 30-day refund period for purchases on the course content ONLY.  

There will be no refunds given for calls that have already occured with Sara Weir.  

However, in order to qualify and be eligible for a refund, you must show proof that you did the work in the material and that the course did not work for you. Please note that if you checked out with the 12 payment plan option, we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted to our team.  

In the event that you decide that The Visionary Way, The Portfolio Course, and The Lifestyle Course was not right for you or your business, within 30 days of enrollment, please email: saraweirphoto@gmail.com and let my team know that you’d like a refund before the 30th day at 11:59 EST. You need to include your coursework with your refund request. Please note: we can not process a refund request without coursework. If you submit a refund request without it, we will not be able to grant your refund request.  

The work that you must submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items (which are all taught inside The Visionary Way, The Portfolio Course, and The Lifestyle Course): - All of the worksheets in the course - Your film gear list - Images from your first roll of film - Proof of posting images on your Instagram Feed and Website - And activie participation in the Facebook Group  

 We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.  

 All refunds are discretionary as determined by Sara Weir Photography, LLC. To further clarify the refund process, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
